General Information

What results can I expect and how fast will I notice them?
This is dependent on several factors, but generally, most athletes that train hard and take care of themselves through proper rest and nutrition, can expect phenomenal results. It is not uncommon to see performance increases in as little as 8 weeks. While these short-term gains are exciting, a long-term approach is necessary for the serious athlete.
Are there health limitations for individuals who wish to train with Xplode Athletics?
Everyone is required to fill out a questionnaire that helps us to identify potential health risks. Our priority is to keep everyone safe and injury-free and on occasion we may require further medical evaluation. There is an inherent risk involved when exercising, and because of this, every athlete/guardian is required to have a signed waiver on file.
At Xplode Athletics, do different coaches provide different training programs?
All programs are designed by our Director of Performance, ensuring each program maintains the highest level of quality and consistency. Whether you are a developing athlete or an NFL prospect, you can rest assure that careful consideration is given to each individual need.
We already train at school, why should I train with Xplode Athletics?
The answer is simple. EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, and EXPERIENCE!

Remember that your coaches are trained to coach your particular sport...they aren't trained as Strength and Conditioning Coaches. Strength and conditioning is what we do full-time and have gone to great lengths to be able to offer high quality, scientifically-based performance programs. You will never see a sport coach at the collegiate level design their own training programs. They hire strength and conditioning coaches with the same credentials we have at Xplode Athletics. As a matter of fact, we are the only private company in El Paso that has a CERTIFIED COLLEGIATE STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING COACH.

So if you want to be the best, you have to train with the best! Xplode Athletics can make the difference.
Can you create a program for me that I can perform at school or another facility?
Unfortunately, we are unable to prescribe training programs unless they are performed in our facility or under our supervision. This is done to ensure your safety and to maximize your performance.

Employment Opportunities
