Increase Your Vertical Jump and Lower Body Explosiveness! 21.Aug.2010 | "Lower Body Xplode Program"

Most team sports require athletes to display high levels of power and explosiveness. Whether it's a basketball player soaring for a rebound, a volleyball player jumping up for a block, or a football player exploding into their opponent, they all require the ability to produce force rapidly from our lower body.

Athletes enrolled in our specialized "Lower Body Xplode Program" will learn proper jumping and landing mechanics, various explosive lifts, lower body strength training, and finally injury prevention exercises to keep you in the game. Our injury prevention program is designed to stabilize the knee and ankle joint, two major areas of concern for most athletes. This program is designed by our Director of Performance, Stephen Wegner. Coach Wegner is a Degree Certified Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coach with a Master's in Exercise Physiology. Male and female athletes from most sports will benefit from this program.
